BACP registration gives you peace of mind that counsellors are working within a solid ethical framework promoting good practice.

Seeking help and support from appropriate sources is a good way to start to care about yourself and set boundaries and standards.  Good counselling creates a space which feels safe and comfortable with boundaries and honesty so that trust can be developed, aiming to promote self-discovery and healing.

I have worked with vulnerable adults and the field of substance misuse for over 10 years, which has led to my counselling approach being down to earth, caring but direct and honest.  This is due to working with a diverse range of individuals and change being vital and in some cases a matter of urgency.  I have experience ranging from helping people to cope with the effects of fame, relationship or career decisions to supporting victims of extreme abuse, with a various amount of other experiences of client work in between those examples.

Currently, I am only able to offer limited slots as I am studying for a BA in Abuse studies.

Blackley is close to Oldham, Chadderton, Prestwich, Moston and Middleton.
